Issue with Action Buttons on Android

This doc will describe the current situation that exists with the Action Button issue on Android devices.

One of the options when building a push notification through Aimtell is the option to add Action Buttons, which allow the campaign to have additional links available for the recipient to click. 

There is a known issue on Chrome on Android where one of two situations will occur:

1. When action buttons are clicked, the notification overlay is not dismissed, obscuring the the view of the browser and potentially giving the appearance that the action button link didn’t open, even if it did.

2. If Chrome is not open on the device, or if the Chrome app is not active/focused, clicking on the action button will not open Chrome or bring it into focus to open the action button link.

This is a bug that has been documented by Chromium but has not yet been resolved. The documented discussions are listed below:
