Segment of Subscribers Who Have or Have Not Clicked

Sometimes, it might be necessary to determine the group of subscribers who have never clicked any of your notifications, those who have, and your subscribers who click on many notifications.

The best way to accomplish this is with the segment condition "Total Number of Clicks"

Here is an example that would pull a list of all users who have ever clicked a notification:

On the other side, you may need to determine anyone who has never clicked, maybe for purging purposes. For this it is a simple change with one major recommendation.

We recommend combining this segment condition with "Days since Subscription" is greater than something like 30 to 60.

This will prevent you from accidentally purging any users who have just recently subscribed and haven't had the opportunity to click yet.
