Viewing Your Subscribers
In order to view your subscribers, start off by logging into your Aimtell account and heading to the dashboard.
From there, click on “All Subscribers”

Your total subscriber count is shown in the page heading, next to “Subscribers”.
The subscribers shown in this section are always updating to display the most recent subscriber list, however there are times that this can take a couple of hours.
While you do not need to manually refresh this subscriber list, we have enabled the ability for you to start the updating process as soon as possible. Underneath the list you will see when it was last updated, followed by a “force refresh” link — click that to start an update. Sometimes the subscriber list will update in a couple of seconds but please note that this may take longer in some instances. Also, you don’t have to sit on the page and wait, it will be auto updating when you click force refresh and will update when you come back to this page.
Beside the last-updated line is a “Your ID” badge showing your own subscriber ID on this site. Click it to open your own subscriber record. If it reads “Unknown”, use the refresh link in the badge after subscribing and visiting your site, then come back.

If you would like to view subscribers that are only part of a specific segment, click the blue “Add Segment Filter” button in the toolbar above the list, choose a segment from the picker beside it and hit the tick. The toolbar then shows an “Active Segment” button naming the segment, with an X to clear it.
The toolbar also holds a search box for finding a subscriber by uid, an “Options” menu (Import, Export and Delete) and a “Columns” menu for choosing which columns are shown.
