How Do I Send A Back In Stock Notification?
It is possible to send subscribers a web push notification when an item comes back in stock.
To send a back in stock notification, start by creating a segment of users that you want to notify. This segment could be based on a page view or a custom event like adding an item to a cart. Then, create a manual campaign targeting this segment of subscribers. You can send one notification or consider sending a repeating notification to alert these subscribers over the course of a few days.
Note: It is not possible to send a triggered push notification in this instance. Triggered notifications fire as a result of a subscriber’s action. An item coming back in stock is not something that a subscriber controls and, therefore, cannot be tracked as a custom event and used for a triggered notification.
